Conference Languages

All papers have to be prepared in English to be published in the Conference Program and Conference Proceedings. German is possible for Applied and Computer Linguistics section only.

English, Ukrainian, Polish and Russian will be the official languages of oral presentations during the Conference. German is possible for Applied and Computer Linguistics section only.

During the conference the poster session will be provided.

Paper submission

To take part in the Conference an applicant should submit a filled application form, camera-ready paper and digital photo of each co-author to the Organizing Committee via e-mail (csit.conference@gmail.com). Ukrainian conferees should also send to the Organizing Committee an expert’s report allowing to publish the materials in press.

An author must not submit more than two papers (as co-author as well).

Conference application form and papers should be laid out in compliance with templates available from the Conference website. Papers should conform to 1-4 full A4 pages limit. All figures must be stored in *.tiff or *.jpg format with minimum resolution of 300 dpi and sent in attachment with the paper. Submitted papers will not be edited or reviewed.

All applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejection via e-mail. Upon acceptance, participants are required to cover conference fees (requisite elements given below) and e-mail a copy of the payment receipt to the Organizing Committee.

Conference Proceedings will be published by the conference opening. All papers accepted will be in free access on the Conference website available for discussion among Program Committee Members and Conference participants. Conference Program and Proceedings will be presented to the participants upon registration.

Authors of the best conference papers recommended by the Program Committee will be offered to submit a scientific paper into Lviv Polytechnic National University Bulletin. Papers and accompanying documents will be accepted upon Conference closing, Bulletin costs to be covered additionally.

Presentation rules

The programme of the conference will be divided into two parallel sessions, in accordance with discussed topics.

Oral presentations:
Time of oral presentations (for regular papers): 15 min. for presentation and 5 min. for questions.

Poster presentations:
The authors presenting their papers at the poster sessions will have at their disposal a panel 100 x 100 cm (width x height). Sticking materials (double-side adhesive tape will be provided by organisers. The posters can be put up during the first conference day and will be displayed until the end of the conference.

The conrefence rooms will be equipped with a computer with multimedia projector. For computer presentation we provide Microsoft Office components (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Acrobat Reader. For other software please contact the organisers.

Payments

Conference fee includes a sample of Conference Proceedings, publication and organization expenses and totals per paper (is defined for the author of the highest degree and/or affiliation):

• Foreign participants – 100 EURO.

Discounts could be applicaple for students, Phd students. Student rate attendees must send e-mail to the Conference Committee, a letter from their Department Head.

Accommodation, meals and recreation costs to be covered additionally upon arrival.

It is possible to book accommodation in Lviv Polytechnic National University hotel complex or other hotels in Lviv.
